WEWO Europe has developed a compact AGV for ASCO Industries in Belgium that shuttles between different production sites. The AGV is equipped with a lifting mechanism to lift the components out of the machine. After lifting them out the component will be centered on the AGV.

VDL Weweler develops, produces air suspension, axle lifts, parabolic springs and special axles for manufactures of trucks and buses. To optimize the supply op components to the full automated productionline of support arms, Wewo Europe developed and deliverd 3 AGV’s for the internal transport of components.

AGV for transporting pallets

To transport stacks of pallets from one department to another an AGV solution must meet the stringent requirements of a meat processing company. In order to meet these requirements in the field of anti-bacterial the housing of the AGV is constructed of stainless steel. The automated process detects pallets using sensors and sends a vehicle to this location to pick it up. In addition to assigning AGVs to missions, the fleet control software opens and closes doors for the AGVs to pass where needed.
